Today, I conducted a training session on the 5R principles of medication administration (Right Patient, Right Drug, Right Dose, Right Route, Right Time) for the nursing staff in the Pediatric Department at Nazareth Hospital, Prayagraj.

In addition to the training, I also carried out a facility round in the Pediatric Department to assess practices and infrastructure for incident prevention and overall patient safety.

Continuous education and proactive monitoring are key to building a culture of safe, quality-driven pediatric care.

On 22nd April 2025, I had the opportunity to conduct a training session on Emergency Codes as part of the induction program for new joinee staff at Nazareth Hospital, Prayagraj.

This session aimed to ensure that every new team member is well-versed in hospital emergency protocols, enhancing patient safety, response time, and staff coordination during critical situations.

Empowering our workforce with the right knowledge from day one is key to building a culture of quality and safety.
