✅ 65 soil samples and 7 water samples collected for scientific testing
✅ Biochar pilot activities initiated using cotton stalks for improving soil health
✅ TOT-01 training organized with support from CottonConnect
✅ SWOT analysis and reading sessions conducted for team learning and leadership development
