At VISION Institution, we had the privilege of hosting Dr. Sonal Rai, a renowned psychiatrist with an MBBS,MD & currently pursuing Mrcpsych, Dr. Rai and her team of psychologists, who run the Well-Mind Body Clinic on Mall Road, spent time with our students, offering personalized career counseling and invaluable guidance. They helped students explore various career paths in medical, non-medical, and commerce fields, providing clarity on the steps they can take toward their goals.

What made the session truly impactful was the focus on mental well-being. Dr. Rai and her team addressed critical issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, and the dangers of peer pressure and drug use, common challenges faced by teenagers today.
