*નિઃશુલ્ક ટીફીન સેવા*
*CVM યુનિવર્સિટી અને ચારુતર વિદ્યામંડળના સહયોગથી* _આણંદ, વિદ્યાનગર, કરમસદ , બાકરોલ, લાંભવેલ રોડ , વડતાલ રોડ પરિવારો_ માટે હાલના કોરોનાના મહામારી ના સમયે જે કોઈ પરિવાર કે વ્યક્તિ કોરોન્ટાઇન થયેલ હોય, એવા પરિવારો માટે *ટીફીન વ્યવસ્થા* નો પ્રારંભ કરી રહ્યા છીએ.
આ સેવાનો લાભ લેવા ઇચ્છતા પરિવારે નીચે મુજબની કાર્યવાહી કરવાની રહેશે.

૧. કોરોના પોઝિટીવ રિપોર્ટ (RT-PCR /Rapid Antigen / HRCT)
૨. આધાર કાર્ડ
૩. પૂર્ણ નામ, સરનામું અને મોબાઈલ નંબર
૪. જેટલી વ્યક્તિ માટે ટીફીનની જરૂરિયાત હોય તેની જાણ.
૫. જો રિપોર્ટ આવવાનો બાકી હોય અને કોરોન્ટાઇન થવું પડે તેમ હોય તો ડૉક્ટરનો રિપોર્ટ / ટેસ્ટનું બિલ.
૬. પોઝિટીવ આવ્યાની તારીખ થી ૭ દિવસ સુધી ટીફીન આપવામાં આવશે.
૭. ટીફીન માટે રોજેરોજની સંખ્યા વોટ્સએપ દ્વારા આગલા દિવસે સાંજે ૮:૦૦ વાગે સુધી જાણ કરવાની રહેશે.

ઉપર જણાવેલ તમામ વિગતો નીચે જણાવેલ મોબાઈલ નંબર પર વોટ્સએપ કરી જાણ કરવાની રહેશે. ત્યાર બાદ બીજા દિવસથી ટીફીન આપવામાં આવશે.

૧. ફોન ઉપર વિગત લખવામાં આવશે નહીં, વોટ્સએપ કરવાનું રહેશે.
૨. ટીફીન સેવા બપોરે તેમજ સાંજે ચાલું રહેશે.
૩. ટીફીન પહોંચાડવાનો સમય: બપોરે ૧૨:૦૦ થી ૧:૦૦ તથા સાંજે ૦૬:૦૦ થી ૦૭:૦૦
