Roadtrip in the Himalayas is never complete without Tea and Maggi breaks. Every Maggi has a small story or a journey behind it. Here goes for this one!!

The Maggi with Hope:
After crossing the Kunzum Pass (FYI: 72 kms of offroading took 6+ hours), the hunger level was at its peak. In the mountains, the day usually ends early and we were hoping that we don't have to just drink water and sleep that night. That's when we spotted this small homely Dhaba in Koksar, Himachal around midnight. The host was standing at the door and said come on in for some Maggi and tea.

This was no extra ordinary Maggi but after an overwhelming journey and a couple flat tyres, this hot bowl of Soupy Maggi gave us hope to continue forward to our next stop in the Himalayas. This is the Maggi that made our stomachs full and our hearts melt.

When the Lazy day kicks in early on the Weekday.. Only one thing can save you from not having a meal... Maggiiiii..

On that note.. I am setting out to Himachal to Explore the different ways a Maggi can be prepared.
