Letβs talk about weight loss and the Body RECOMP π πͺπ»

This is why focusing solely on scale weight can be MISLEADING. Have you ever wondered why the scale isnβt changing much but you feel so much leaner?!
When you train with weights you can maintain your weight and put on muscle but be overall smaller and leaner!!
Increasing muscle will tend to make you smaller and heavier or even the same weight at times depending on exact macros and workouts π―
Some other things that affect the pics can be water retention, salt amounts eaten, your cycle. The weight scale only shows your weight not muscle mass !!
What we changed to make her transformation:
πcleaned up the diet
πput her into a slight deficit
πmostly 100% clean eats (with the rare occasional treat)
πworkouts designed for her specific goals

1 head romaine π₯¬
1 beet π«
5 carrots π₯
1 lemon π
1 orange π
Juice it up and πͺοΈ π₯° β‘οΈ more energy and clearer skin along with a little detox to the ol bod π
You can fit this into your macros by using and balancing your calories this juice has approximately 140 calories primarily from carbohydrates
approved recipe βοΈ also has about 6 servings of fruit and vegetables

2016 is the new 2026 trend πβ¨ Iβm so behind on this!
2016 was one of my most pivotal years in my life. So much happened that year. Between having a huge city fire.. π₯ losing my house, walking the camino de Santiago πΎ , deciding to do a prep π and keeping pushing forward...did a few photoshoots...it was a wave of change.

Spiced Carrot π₯ Cake With Yoghurt Raspberry Coconut Topping π₯₯
40g protein perfect for this day of L.O.V.E πΉβ₯οΈππͺπ»πͺπ»
Carrot cake:
1/3 cup oats
2 tbsp almond flour
1tsp cashew butter
2/3 scoop chai spiced latte Pro7ein
Dash sea salt
Dash cinnamon
1/2 cup cashew milk, unsweetened
1 medium carrot, grated
Topping:
1/4 cup Greek Yoghurt
1 tsp maple syrup
1/8 cup fresh raspberries
1 tbsp organic (large chunk) coconut flakes
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2. In a bowl combine the oats through to carrots with a fork. Mix well.
3. Pour the batter into a ramekin dish and bake for 25 minutes.
4. While the mini carrot cake is baking, combine the yoghurt and maple in a small bowl with a spoon.
5. Remove the ramekin dish from the stove and let cool 5 mins. Top with yoghurt topping, raspberries, and coconut. Eat up!

Calories per serving: 429, Protein: 39.2g, Carbohydrates: 39.2g, Fat: 12.8g
