I am deeply humbled and honored to be installed as the President of the World Organisation Gestosis at the 53rd World Organisation Gestosis International Conference 2026, held in Pune, India.

This responsibility is not just a position—it is a commitment toward advancing maternal health, strengthening global collaboration, and driving meaningful action in the prevention and management of gestosis and hypertensive disorders in pregnancy.

Maternal health remains one of the most critical pillars of women’s healthcare, and through this platform, I look forward to contributing toward better outcomes, stronger partnerships, and evidence-based progress that reaches women across the world.

The theme, “Gestosis for the Globe: Precision, Prevention, Partnership,” beautifully reflects the direction we must move in—where science meets compassion, prevention becomes priority, and collaboration drives lasting impact.
