Veg kurma recipe♥️

Ingredient list:-

For kurma paste:-
Half fresh coconut or 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
30 cashews
1 tbsp Chana dal
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp Fennel seeds
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
2 green chillies
4 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
5 peppercorns
2 black cloves
2 tbsp Poppy seeds ( khas khas )
Add little water to make smooth paste

For curry:-

3 tbsp Oil
1 onion
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp Red chilli powder
2 bay leaves
1 tomato
1 carrot
1 cup green peas
1/2 cup cauliflower
1 small potato
Water as per required
Salt as per taste
Some chopped coriander.

Note:- after adding kurma paste, cook it for 5-10 mins on low flame, then add in other ingredients.
