I have seen sarcasm at work places as a way to show superiority or power!
I have also seen people who enjoy being sarcastic during team meetings, public gatherings and one on one interaction by chuckling away to glory!
I have also seen so many colleagues who use demotivating language or sarcasm to get to you and defeat you at work!
Never ever should managers or leaders do that to their teams, I may have been guilty of doing it too and have often realised it’s not the best thing to do and I strive to change!
