The roles and responsibilities of a CCF Customer Career Facilitator.

Take ownership of customer:

1. Invite the customers to the Office for an one to one presentation.

2. Leads with be provided for the Interested Candidates.

Troubleshoot problems and to resolve:

1. Invite the customers to the office and make sure they reach the office with the location and time.

2. Greet them as a Beloved Guest and make the required arrangment's.

Interact with the appropriate internal teams:

1. After the presentation collect the documents and login.

2. Update them with the Meetings and Future Career

Collect feedback from customers:

1. Collect frequent feedback's.

2. Customer suggestions are more important and improve it.

Document knowledge:

1. Collect the documents without error.

2. Document should be submitted / forwarded to the Operations and HR in the daily basis.
