Today is International Yoga day. As we know if you don't then I want to share with you that Yog is our Heritage not a ritual but we always behave like ritual with it and limit it in religion but when you will try to understand it actually,then you will get it is all about your Health, Your mental/physical strength and peace.So don't limit it, it is the way that make you limitless as you are but you don't know. Adapt yoga and educate about it to others. It should part of our life.
