Space Perception Architects is a design-focused architectural practice committed to creating thoughtful, sustainable, and context-responsive spaces.
Position: Junior Architect
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and at least 1 year of hands-on experience working in ArchiCAD. The candidate will be involved in the design development, documentation, coordination, and ex*****on stages of residential and architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop architectural drawings and BIM models using ArchiCAD.
* Prepare concept, schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
* Produce detailed working drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and schedules.
* Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
* Assist in project planning, design presentations, and client meetings.
* Participate in site visits and monitor design implementation.
* Ensure compliance with local building regulations and project standards.
* Support material research, detailing, and sustainable design initiatives.
* Maintain project documentation and BIM model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
* Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an architectural practice.
* Proficiency in ArchiCAD with demonstrated project experience.
* Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
* Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and local building regulations.
* Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills
* Experience in residential architecture and custom home projects.
* Familiarity with BIM workflows and collaborative project environments.
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Twinmotion, Lumion, or similar visualization tools.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
