EventBox was responsible for the complete ex*****on of The Abu Dhabi Week in Kolkata. Abu Dhabi week is a promotion by the Government of Tourism, Abu Dhabi, to promote the rich Emirati culture in India.

We were required to replicate the conditions of some of the tourists hotspots in Abu Dhabi, and we did them justice. From a Ferrari simulator to an actual Ferrari, we had them all!
Most of the attendees informed us that apart from the weather, they did feel like they were in Abu Dhabi. It took us 10 sleepless nights to pull this off and it was definitely worth it!

It has been a series of sleepless nights for us at EventBox as there have been events after events without any break.

A Nike activation at one of Bangalore's best Gym to provide moral support and inspiration to all the fitness freaks.

We helped Haptik organise a ChatBot meetup, where ChatBot enthusiasts interacted with each other and gained expertise from ChatBot experts.

We were a part of the Show Management Team, a Global Investors Summit initiated by the Government of Assam whose Chief Guest was the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi.

Lastly, we were the production managers for , a promotional set up by the tourism of Government of Abu Dhabi.
