Exploration is the step which involves sketching, wire-frames, IA and prototypes. Design involves the style guide, mock-ups and hand off. Quality assurance talks about the speed test, errors and micro details. The user’s greatest satisfaction comes from the value (usefulness and usability) provided by the product, as well as the experience in terms of performance, vision.
