Sometimes, you need to step outside to discover the stories.

Recently, I had the privilege of meeting Sri Chetan Bhagat during the Bangalore Literature Festival. He has been my favourite romance author and an inspiration since my college days. I even told him that I’m writing romantic fiction too. Moments like these remind me why stories matter so much.

A writer’s life often begins with quiet moments and simple rituals. For me, morning tea is where thoughts slowly wake up and stories begin to form.

During my visit to Pondicherry, I stopped at a random tea stall on my early morning walk. It was around 7 a.m. The tea was freshly prepared, the air was cool, and the weather felt perfect. In that peaceful moment, with warmth in my hands and ideas in my mind, I felt compelled to capture it in a photograph.
