Verctor is one dimensional array
Numpy array is two dimensional array

import numpy as np
1) my_list = [1,2,3] # this is list

arr = np.array(my_list)

arr # this is numpy array

2) list = [32,43,1,45,66,23,90,2]

arr = np.array(list)
arr.max() # it will return max value item from the list (90)

arr.min() # it will return min value item from the list (1)

arr.argmax() # it will return index of max value item in the list (6)

arr.argmin() # it will return index of min value item in the list (2)
