Christmas bells are ringing and we were prepping up for the season's most special plum cakes.
Prunes,apricots,cranberries,blueberries,black currants,golden raisins,black grapes,dates along with nuts and candied ginger and lemon peel have been soaked few weeks back in classic Indian dark rum few weeks back .
No Tutty frutty is used in our cakes
Post baking the cake is brushed with rum(on demand) for the extra boozy flavour.
Garnished with dryfruits like cashew,pecans.
Prebook your orders as we have limited mixture.
