Namaste, Hola, Greetings all,
This has been a long time coming, thank you everyone for your engagement with my activity on this platform and others. Today I plan to share with you all something that is worthy of a cause and yes, the idea to publish this is for each one of us reading is to give it a thought and act appropriately.
The best part of my practice is meeting people from diverse professions, cultures and backgrounds. Variety that is hard to come by usually but as a professional persuades me to appreciate and respect the talent an individual possesses nowadays and ignore a few aspects.
As part of my research project for the past 4 years and consulting experience for over 5 years understand that the majority of modern Indians are no more fantasising about an MBA, engineer or doctor degrees but they want to be musicians, actors, singers, sportsmen, naturepreneurs, TV news anchors etc to name some.
Also I meet with students, CEOs and experienced professionals who are overwhelmed or struggling to cope with the change, speed and dynamism of the modern day workplace. There are some ideas which are trending and attracting and some which are suffering and unable to keep up.
"What matters most is the continuity and the well being of ourselves and that of our loved ones."
