U.S. BANK TOWER is 1,018 feet high skyscraper known locally as the Library Tower and formerly as First Interstate Bank World Center. The floor count is 73, and 2 parking levels below ground. It is located in downtown Los Angeles, California, the United States, which is convenient to everything with amenity-rich and unparalleled transportation options. It was built in 1989 with an area of 1.4 million sq. ft. and cost around US$350 million.

The architects of the building are Henry N. Cobb - Pei Cobb Freed & Partners. Its construction was designed to resist an earthquake of 8.3 on the Richter scale. The tower has a large glass crown at its top, which illuminates at night. It includes the country’s largest high-resolution video screen in any office building, approximately 126’ wide 17’ high with a 2,142 Square-Foot Screen.

It is the third-tallest building in California, the second-tallest building in Los Angeles, the eighteenth-tallest in the United States. It is the only building in California whose roof heights exceed 1,000 feet. It was known as the tallest building with a roof-top heliport, later in 2010 surpassed by China World Trade Center Tower III opened. It has appeared naturally many times in films and television shows.
