Love snacking? Who doesn't love it, right? But health is also very important so I have introduced myself to Possible] . They come with amazing healthy snacks .

My personal favorites are

Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy. We need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without stretching muscles shorten and become tight. 

🤔You might believe that stretching is exclusively done by runners or gymnasts. But the fact is, we must all stretch every day.

👇Here are a few benefits of stretching:

Your Lower Back Will Thank You: If you are sitting all day in an office, your lower back muscles might become compressed after sitting for lengthy periods. And stretching can help loosen up the muscles. 

👉Stress Reliever: Tension builds up in your body as a result of stress. Set aside a few minutes each morning to stretch your muscles to help reduce tension. Stress reduction may pay large returns throughout the day.

👉Increase Your Mobility: Being able to move about in different ways benefits your regular activities. Stretching keeps your muscles flexible, which allows you to have a greater range of motion in your joints. 

👉Improve Your Posture: Improved posture is one of the advantages of stretching. Most computer users have bad posture as a result of overstretched back muscles. Incorporate particular stretches to improve posture & be more flexible and sturdy.

👉Fewer Aches and Pains: Morning pains are caused by an increase in fluid in the spinal discs and joints. Gentle stretches can help alleviate joint pain. Morning exercises might help relieve joint and muscle pains.

Did you know that the most common reason individuals go to the doctor is for back pain? Whether you’re a victim of sitting for a long stretch at your desk job or doing physical work, avoiding back pain is difficult.

🏃‍♀️Use these basic exercises to strengthen your core and spine so you can move more freely, feel more flexible, and finally get rid of back discomfort. 

👉These simple exercises will help you through back pain and strengthen your core & back: 

🚶‍♂️ Walking: A simple 30-minute walk a great stretching exercise before your start the actual work. It is the most effective exercise as it activates all your muscles in the legs.

🦵Alternating Leg Lift: Lie flat on your back. Bend your knees and keep your feet flat on the mat. Now, lift one knee and move it towards yourself. Place it back and repeat with the other leg. This exercise strengthens your core and helps to stabilize your hip girdle.

🏃‍♀️Cube Lift: Sit in a tabletop position with your hands & feet shoulder length apart. Hands perpendicular to shoulders, knees perpendicular to hip. Shift your weight on your toes & gently lift your knees 2-3 inches off the floor & hold this position for a few seconds. This exercise stabilizes your back, abs and shoulders.

🧘‍♀️Lower back stretch: Lie on your back with arms wide apart on the mat. Bend your knees and keep your feet on the mat. Twist your waist and move your knees together to the right while moving your face to the left. Repeat on the other side. This is an effective stretching exercise for your back to activate the muscles in your lower back.

💪Sit ups: Lie on your back and keep your knees bent with your feet planted on the mat. Place both hands behind your head. Slowly lift your upper body towards your knee. It works on your ab and back muscles and increases the flexibility and strength of your lower back.
