3. Expertise in WP Plugin Integration (WooCommerce, WPML, Membership plugins etc)
4. Should understand how to make WordPress manageable from admin panel
5. Understands WP architecture and knows how to perform database and code optimization for WordPress
6. A thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
7. Strong understanding of responsive web design techniques
8. Understanding of W3C Web Standards/Semantics and Accessibility Guidelines
9. An ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at the same time
10. Great attention to detail, highly organized
11. A positive and upbeat attitude with the ability to learn quickly
