On the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, GiftAbled proudly organized a vibrant awareness rally at Vikas Bhavan, reinforcing our commitment to disability rights, accessibility, and equality for all.

The event showcased inspiring stories from our beneficiaries, who courageously shared their journeys, challenges, and triumphs—reminding us of the strength and resilience that drive true inclusion. Interactive and uplifting activities added joy to the celebration, further strengthening the spirit of togetherness.

We were deeply honored to welcome the District Magistrate and Chief Development Officer of Balrampur as our chief guests. Their motivating words encouraged our beneficiaries and acknowledged GiftAbled’s impactful efforts in transforming mindsets, particularly within Aspirational Districts.

In our other operational districts, the District Disability Rehabilitation Officer (DDRO) and officials from the DIOS Department from Siddharthnagar, as well as the DDRO from Bhinga, addressed and motivated the beneficiaries, reinforcing the importance of inclusive development at the grassroots level.

As part of our ongoing efforts toward sustainable change, training kits were distributed to our staff to strengthen their capacity in delivering inclusive and comprehensive services.

We are humbled and grateful to receive the State Award for Best Institution for Promoting Holistic Comprehensive Services for the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, presented by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Government of Uttar Pradesh. This recognition inspires us to continue expanding our impact.
