🔹 Position: Supplier Development Engineer (SDE)
🕒 Experience: 2–4 Years
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech / B.E (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics)
📍 Location: Bhiwadi
🗓 Working: 5 Days
🏭 Industry: Wire Assembly / Wire Harness Manufacturing

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage suppliers for wire harness, connectors, terminals, plastic & rubber components
Conduct supplier audits (process, product & system audit)
Ensure implementation of APQP, PPAP & 5 Core Tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC)
Handle PPAP submission, review & approval
Provide DFM (Design for Manufacturing) support to suppliers
Monitor supplier performance (PPM, rejection, OTD) and drive improvement
Lead root cause analysis (8D, Why-Why) for supplier quality issues
Support new product development (NPD) and supplier readiness
Ensure compliance with IATF / ISO standards
Coordinate with internal teams (Quality, Purchase, Production, Design)

💰 CTC: Up to ₹5.00 LPA
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / BE (Electrical or Mechanical)
⏳ Experience: 1 to 2 Years
🎯 Age Limit: Below 25 Years
🗓️ Working: 5 Days a Week

🔎 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle existing customers for new equipment enquiries
• Prepare & submit technical and commercial proposals
• Manage machine installation and after-sales service support
• Execute machine modifications for new model additions
• Perform robot programming and teaching
• Coordinate procurement of spare parts from overseas suppliers
• Ensure timely delivery and support to customers
• Follow up on service and spare parts payments

🛠️ Required Skills:

• Yamaha Robot Programming & Teaching
• Knowledge of Single & Double Acting Pumps Service
• Experience in Jig & Fixture Modifications
• Hands-on experience in Sealant Machine Breakdown Support
• Strong customer handling and service support skills
