Position: Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Job description

* Achieving Sales targets for the products.

* Lead the sales team

* Responsible for resolving the student’s/Parent’s queries and complaints if any.

* Train sales associates to maintain accurate workflow

* Develop and maintain marketing strategies and provide training to same.

* Provide high quality support service to assist Student’s/Parent’s over phone.

* Assist other department to maintain and enhance better performance for company to ensure high quality production.

* Evaluate floor and monitor all sales-oriented programs by delivering assistance to employees and generate sales.

* Administer and maintain better workflow at workstations.

* Monitor all sales at hourly basis and manage all communication with sales staff.

* Act as an escalation Manager

* Act as a floor supervisor

* F2F Academic Counselling.

* Resolve queries of all Student’s/Parents

* Co-ordinate with various depts till the students are on boarded

* Assign SPOCs for every student

* Maintaining CRM records

* Updating of Master sheets (or all MIS records) (Both online & offline)

* Ensuring Collection targets to be fulfilled.


Desired Profile:

* Education industry experience is preferable

* At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or Call center

* Any Graduate
