Let's introduce you to the woman behind our fun menu: Chef Maia Laifungbam.

A graduate of Culinary School in Manipal, Maia has always insisted on focusing on 'local', whilst gradually straying away from European culinary norms.

Her passion for all things Japanese is evident across the Roboto menu, and her love for a good bowl of ramen, packed with flavour, is second to none.

When she's not running the busy Roboto kitchen, she's out on the dining floor making sure that every plate is perfect for diners, so if you spot her, say hi. She loves meeting new people!
