Our Planet II is released on Netflix and it comes with a survival story from the animal world. For me, the entire series looks like the story of entrepreneurs and our survival run.

It features the world’s most enduring travellers who hit the road and the water, following their ancestral knowledge on routes – some of them are just a ritual whereas some others are serious do-or-die survival attempts.

Hundreds and millions of animals come together and travel across the world to give birth to the next generations. And, they encounter natural and artificial challenges on the road to reach their destination. Half of them fall in between like the Gray Whale cub in the last scene of the four-hour-long part II.

The stories are highly engaging and inspirational. We, the entrepreneurs, are bound to run beyond all hurdles every day. Every second, a new of form challenge emerges. Every minute, a new opportunity makes us awake and keeps us running. Every hour, we slip and fall. Every day, we have to re-engineer all failed ideas to keep us afloat.

A must-watch for all entrepreneurs, start-up founders, CEOs and top leaders. You find your struggles are nothing when compared with the albatross and many different herds across various continents in the world.
