🎯 Term of the day: Quiet Quitting

How HRs can respond:
✅ Check in, not check up > focus on conversations, not control
✅ Recognize small wins > they keep motivation alive
✅ Reconnect work to purpose > remind people why they matter
✅ Redesign workloads > burnout is not a badge of honor

Because most employees don’t quit their jobs overnight. They fade when the culture stops noticing their effort.
