Hiring Sr Manager - Finance

Roles and Responsibilities :
· Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the company's FMCG business.
· Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
· Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
· Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management, and fixed assets.
· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST filings and TDS deductions.
· Develop and implement effective cost control measures to optimize profitability.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
· Develop and implement cost control measures to improve profitability.
· Review and analyze cost structures to identify opportunities for cost savings.
Job Requirements :
· Strong background in accountancy (CA), finance & accounts (CMA), or related fields; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Qualification: CA will be preferred
