One All

When I first joined the One All Fellowship, I had many doubts.
Will I be able to do this? Will I connect with the community?

But One All gave me a safe space to learn and grow.

Through this journey, I stepped out of my comfort zone — engaging with communities, listening to people’s stories, and understanding their challenges. Along the way, my communication, leadership, and teamwork skills grew stronger.

Today, I stand at a special turning point.
From being a Fellow, I have now become a Facilitator.

Now I guide fellows, support their journeys, and help them grow — just like someone once supported me.

This experience taught me that when we use opportunities well, they can truly change our lives.

And for me, this is just the beginning. 🌱

Yamini: Finding Her Voice!

Growing up in the fishing community of Pattinampakkam, Yamini was often labeled "slow" due to her struggles with verbal expression. Constant comparisons to her sister’s academic strengths deeply affected her confidence. When she joined our Community Impact for Women Fellowship, her first instinct was often to say "Mudhiille" - I can't do it.

But with the support of her peers, she chose to take risks. Today, the girl who once struggled to speak is a leader taking initiative:
Leading beach clean-ups so children can play safely.
Advocating for the safety of adolescent girls with community leaders.
Pursuing her dream of becoming a chef.

Yamini is no longer defined by labels; she is defined by her voice.
