A session on 'Lean Construction- A Practical Approach to Implement in Infrastructure Projects' is conducted by Tony Jacob as part of 5 Day faculty development program (FDP) on Managing infrastructure Projects using Emerging Technologies (MIPET-2021) organized by Thiagarajar College of Engineering

Lean is for everyone. minimises cost & maximises value for the customers & all stakeholders. We need the RIGHT strategy to ensure proper implementation of Lean practices in order to sustain and get absolute benefits.

A PILOT will provide a suitable environment to reap the low hanging fruits of practicing Lean, where as a VALIDATION phase will reemphasize the structured way of implementing Lean by ‘Eliminate the luck factor’ and take organizations a step closer to INSTITUTIONALIZE the practices.
