Patterns thanks Ms. Kalyani V.T for visiting our Chennai office premises and delivering an empowering address about having a healthy lifestyle in today’s society. Her own personal journey served as the perfect example to set the stage to debunk common misconceptions.

With thought provoking questions, Kalyani urged our colleagues to introspect and emphasized the importance of self-awareness and personal responsibility towards their own health. Central to her message was the notion that the key to initiating positive change lies within ourselves.

Kalyani also challenged prevailing notions surrounding health and wellness. By dissecting the dichotomy between "healthy" and "unhealthy" as well as "food" and "diet," she urged listeners to break free from limiting beliefs. In her view, the term "diet" connotes a sense of restriction and illness, whereas embracing a holistic approach to nourishment fosters vitality and well-being.

Through her recipe-rich blogging site that serves as a beacon for community of thousands to embrace a holistic, sustainable healthy lifestyle, Ms. Kalyani is a driver of positive change in our society.
