Today the "people of Chhapra" rejected Central government's proposal to make the city capital of India.The people here told Faking News Chhapra that "they don't want corrupt , shameless ,blood sucking and terror inducing politicians to enter the city of Chhapra". William Henry "Bill" Gates III the former chief executive and current chairman of Microsoft today interacted with the school students of Chhapra. On being asked by a student to share his success mantra he said " get arrested in Mexico for sheer success".
He narrated an incident that how his arrest in New Mexico in 1977 for a traffic violation changed his life and made him a successful person.

Minutes after his revelation a large number of student from different schools of Chhapra were seen applying for visa to go to Mexico and violate traffic rules there.
