• Applications are requested from qualified candidates with relevant construction experience of a minimum of 4 years in the field of residential/commercial projects.
• Candidate needs to be adept in reviewing ACAD drawings to check details for construction and to prepare a Bill of quantities of residential & commercial buildings.
• Candidate shall have a grip on the construction specifications and work procedures of standard civil works.
• Candidate shall be capable of reviewing the works on site for compliance with the approved drawings; and preparing the daily reports for review by his immediate manager.
• Candidate shall coordinate with contractor team to understand the day-day plan of works and to check the sufficiency of labor and material available on site.
• Candidate shall check the work bills submitted by contractors for both mathematical error and completeness as per scope shown in drawings.
