A controversy has emerged from Aonla police station in Bareilly after IPS officer Anshika Verma reportedly took action against a newly recruited constable over a protocol-related issue.

According to reports, the IPS officer had arrived at the police station in plain clothes, and the constable allegedly failed to salute properly or say “Jai Hind.” Following the incident, the constable was reportedly sent to the Reserve Police Line for 15 days, which sparked discussion on social media and among the public.

The incident has led to mixed reactions online. Some people defended the importance of discipline and protocol in police services, while others questioned whether such strict action against a newly recruited constable was necessary. The matter has once again ignited debate around authority, discipline, and professional conduct within the police force.

Raghuraj Pratap Singh, popularly known as “Raja Bhaiya,” made a controversial statement while speaking about Sanatan Dharma and the Constitution of India.

He said that if Sanatan becomes weak, the Constitution would also not survive. Referring to people who raise slogans like “Jai Samvidhan,” he argued that India’s Hindu-majority identity is one of the reasons the Constitution continues to function in its present form. He further claimed that if the demographic balance changes in the future, the Constitution itself could be disregarded.

His remarks have sparked intense political and social debate across the country. Supporters viewed the statement as a warning about preserving cultural identity and traditions, while critics accused him of making divisive and inflammatory comments regarding religion and constitutional values.
