கடலுடன் சங்கமம் எனும்
வாழ்வின் நோக்கம் நிறைவேற
புதிய இலக்குகளை நோக்கி
பயணிப்பதால் தான்
நதி ஓடிக்கொண்டு இருக்கிறது

நம் வாழ்வின் நோக்கம்
கடவுள் தந்த வாழ்வு
எனும் அற்புத வாய்ப்பை
நல் முறையில் அனுபவித்து
நன்றாய் வாழ்ந்தேன் கடவுளே
வாய்ப்புக்கு நன்றி என
சொல்லி அவரிடம் சங்கமம் ஆவது

எந்த நாளையும் குறை சொல்லாமல்
இன்று புதிதாய் பிறந்தோம் என்ற
உணர்வோடு புத்துணர்ச்சியோடு
ஒவ்வொரு நாளையும் வாழ்வோம்

நாளின் துவக்கத்தில் நேற்றைய
கசப்பு உணர்வுகளை களை எடுத்து
இன்று நல்ல உணர்வுகளை
தேர்ந்து எடுத்து வாழ்வோம்

பழைய தேவையற்ற நினைவுகளை
களைந்து
புதிய நல்ல நினைவுகளை
தக்க வைத்து
மகிழ்வுடன் வாழும் ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் போகி பண்டிகை தான்

நல்ல நட்புகள், அவர்களோடு
நல்ல இடங்களை நோக்கி பயணம்
நல்ல நினைவுகளின் சேகரம்
நம் வாழ்வை வளமாக்கும்

நதி போல ஓடி கொண்டிரு!!!!

Adrushyaa Foundation is started with the purpose of elderly care and well being.

*We are looking for more volunteers / supporters*, who can help shape up this thought and assist in bringing relevant resources to fulfil the objectives.

*To begin with…*
*1.* Adrushya will identify and curate products and services / service providers for elderly care, and provide these as a *single window referral* to those looking for such products & services.

*2.* Adrushya has already initiated its flagship program called *Happiness Ambassadors*, wherein these happiness volunteers, can

😀 enroll and *help bring happiness to senior citizens* - this could be visiting and talking to them.

😀Tech support.

😀Helping them to get medical support.

😀 Reading / Drinking Coffee with them.

😀Listening to music with them Or whatever are the common joyful experiences between the volunteers and the senior citizens.
