I have always dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur, even when I was working as a teacher. While many things inspired this desire, one of the biggest influences was Mr. Ratan Tata. I admired how the Tata Group grew into a giant, like a banyan tree with branches in many industries. It is a company built on the values of honesty, truth, justice, trust, and respect—values that no one can deny. I would often read about Mr. Tata, and each time I thought, 'One day, after becoming an entrepreneur, I must be part of his group.' That dream came true in August 2023, when our company was selected as one of the Top 20 by the Tata Group in the TSEC 2023 program. Being honored at the Tata campus in IIM Calcutta was a moment of immense pride. Out of more than 8,000 companies, only 20 were chosen, and that recognition was beyond anything I had imagined.
A remarkable coincidence is that our company was founded on Mr. Tata’s birthday—28th December— which makes me feel like there is some karmic connection from a previous life. I was deeply saddened by the passing of my business mentor, Mr. Ratan Tata. My heart wishes that great human beings like him could live for 200-300 years, continuing to shape the world. I bow in respect to my spiritual guide. The values of truth, justice, trust, and respect that he stood for will live on forever."
