At Kiba Surfaces, we work with materials that shape spaces: natural stone, clay, concrete, microcement, paints, and more. From raw textures to refined finishes, we bring surfaces to life.

We’re looking for experienced professionals to join our team across the following roles:

1. Civil Engineer
2. Operations Manager
3. Project Manager

Role Overview
You will be responsible for end-to-end site ex*****on: from material supply to final handover. This includes coordinating teams, ensuring quality, managing timelines, and delivering a seamless on-site experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee site installation and ex*****on
• Coordinate between vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure quality control across all surface applications
• Manage timelines, site progress, and client expectations
• Handle material planning and site logistics
• Drive projects through to successful handover

Requirements
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction/interior/site ex*****on
• Strong will to understand properties of materials like natural stone, microcement, concrete finishes, paints, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Work from office or sites
• FULL TIME ROLE
