MADE USING A SEAMED 14 GAUGE (2mm wall thickness) CRC (MS) PIPE and A 3MM BASE PLATE.

It's a SADDLE STAY, not a PANNIER RACK . Designed and manufactured to ensuring that saddle bags aren't damaged (by getting entangled in the tyre or heat of the exhaust) and better mounting points for luggage.
