The National Medical Council has issued new rules. The rules state that all doctors should prescribe only generic medicines, and if they do not comply, punitive action can be taken against them.

Dear Regulatory Authority,

If the NMC can prioritize patient safety, then why doesn't our Drug Control Department show the same concern? Please consider sending a legal notice to all pharmacists who have rented out their own licenses to chemists. Additionally, file complaints against chemist owners who are operating their own pharmacies using someone else's pharmacy license. Such decisive actions should be taken by the authorities to ensure the presence of qualified pharmacists at chemist shops. Only then can we expect positive outcomes.

Furthermore, I strongly suggest implementing a law addressing Pharmacist Negligence to curb the presence of fake pharmacists and prevent the misuse of medication.
