The design is characterized by its dynamic horizontal massing and a striking black metal structural frame that serves as a modern pergola, complemented by intricate CNC-cut jali panels that provide both privacy and artistic depth to the facade. By balancing a warm palette of textured sandstone and organic teak wood soffits against charcoal grey stone accents and extensive floor-to-ceiling glazing, the residence achieves a high-end, contemporary aesthetic that harmonizes with its lush surroundings.
