❌❌What not to do for weightloss❌❌
Mostly obese or overweight individuals in order to lose weight start running. This approach to weightloss can cost them a fortune in the form of joint pain , knee or ankle injuries.
The reason being lack of strength in leg muscles i.e if you have weak leg muscles then all the pressure and force of running will be on the joints,which would result in joint pain, so the best approach is to do low intensity movement cardio such cycling,cross trainer , light walks etc.
Training legs would strengthen leg muscles and after that you can decrease the pressure on joints while running.
