Under the state’s digital governance initiative, government services are now more transparent, accessible and citizen‑friendly.
- Online portals and mobile apps have reduced office visits, ensured faster grievance redressal and curbed corruption.
- Services include e‑District, RTI Online, Jan Sunwai, Bhudev App, CM Helpline 1905, e‑Transport and Apni Sarkar portal.
- Pension, certificates and welfare applications are now processed online, saving time and resources for citizens.

Review of 13 Model CLFs | Rural Livelihood Mission
Chaired a review meeting with office bearers of 13 Model Cluster Level Federations under the National Rural Livelihood Mission.
- Focus: Enhancing women’s income through SHG‑led enterprises
- Directions for exposure visits, training & convergence with line departments to create more Lakhpati Didis
- New proposal: SHG‑run local transport plan in Raipur block’s Thano area
- Strengthening ongoing livelihood activities — pickle, murabba, incense sticks, jute bags & LED light production
- Land identification & building construction for women’s meetings emphasized
Rural livelihood initiatives must empower women with sustainable income, quality enterprises and community‑owned solutions.
