Thai Basil Panner time ! Weekend is sorted ❤️ Ingredients: For the paneer 250 gm paneer (cut into cubes) 2 tbsp corn starch Oil for frying of baking For the sauce 4-5 tbsp Oyster sauce 3 tbsp dark soy sauce 3 tbsp chilli garlic sauce 1 tbsp ketchup 2 tsp sugar 1/4 cup water Salt to taste Pinch of black pepper Other ingredients 2 tbsp oil 1 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic 2 tsp chopped ginger 2 chopped red chillies or green 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum 2 tbsp finely chopped red peppers 2 tbsp finely chopped yellow peppers 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper 10-15 basil leaves Boiled rice for serving Method 1. Cut the paneer into cubes and toss well with corn starch. 2. Pan fry the Panner or roast in the oven till golden and keep aside. 3. Next mix all the sauces in a bowl and keep aside. 4. Now heat wok or kadia with oil and fry the ginger, garlic and red chillies on high heat for 10-15 seconds. 5. Next add the pepper and stir fry for 1 mins. 6. Now add the sauces along with water and bring to a boil. 7. Season with black pepper a reduce to desired consistency, now add the paneer and basil and toss well. 8.
