Mr. Himalaya Champion Of Champions..On the way home from Nationals I received an update of this show and I could not stop myself from playing...such is the addiction of this game and stepping on stage...Never loose hope..The Grind Continues.

I would like to thank each and every gym member for their love and support and trust they showed in me....without their cooperation it would not have been possible to go through my Prep...i could not give my gym clients and their training enough time and attention they deservedue to the prep but everyone displayed great cooperation support and constantly motivated me to focus on my prep( thank you to everyone from bottom of my heart)

We won 4 overall championships this year and finally finished in Top15 in Mr. India championship.
It's now time to analyse our weak spots nd work on them throughout year and perform better next year...bodybuilding is a game of learning and reading our bodies...this year was very rewardful and our hardwork paid of...but a lot of hardwork, discipline and training is needed for the next year.

The journey will continue untill we get what we want.Once again thank you everyone..
