When Pallavi approached me post pregnancy she was quite lost, confused and fearful of will she ever be able to get back to the shape she once was and aspire to be?
Being females we understand the effects of pregnancy that take over.

During the initial counseling we discussed her lifestyle- which was quite a task for her from feeding her baby, to looking after herself and her family.. Medical issues related to back and poor posture... after this details session, I could observe the spark back in her and a new determination rising the one you feel when you are under the right guidance and you are confident of the getting your goal.
She did sacrifice a lot...from waking 4:30am in the morning to set up the day and take care of the baby to reaching for her session at 6 in the morning.. driving long distance.. because she knew it will be worthwhile...
Over the months we worked so hard together with smart progressive approach all personalize as per demand and needs.
I am really proud of posting this today because I have seen her grow and achieve her goal not just physical but a mental strength as well.

We have a long way to go.. This is part of what goes when you train under professionals who love their work.
