They are hiring a Director of Admissions and Marketing for their IB curriculum school, serving students from Playgroup to Grade 12. The school is the only IB World School in Bangladesh offering all three programmes of the International Baccalaureate.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions:
Manage admissions and student enrolment
Oversee re-enrolments
Plan and forecast enrolment, budgets, and related data
Marketing:
Lead marketing and business development initiatives
Manage the Admissions and Marketing team
Contribute to the school’s leadership team
Stay updated with developments within the school
Role Objective:
Drive student enrolment and lead marketing initiatives. Represent the school to prospective families, embassies, corporates, relocation agents, consultants, and the wider community.
Skills & Qualifications:
Master’s degree (preferred from a reputed institution)
Strong understanding of the International Baccalaureate (IB), including PYP, MYP, and DP (preferred)
Strong leadership and administrative skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
Well-rounded personality with diverse interests beyond academics
