•Handling end-to-end hiring across functions.
•Sourcing, Screening, and short-listing of CVs using different search techniques viz. Head Hunting, References, Internal Data bank, etc.
•Interview Scheduling, all follow-up and feedback actions thereafter till the close of the position.
•Designed Job Descriptions & Job specifications including proper KSA (key skill area). Responsible for job posting on different Social Media like Facebook, Linkedin & others.
•Building relations with candidates; resolving critical problem areas and delivering on client commitments.
•Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.
•Conducting telephonic interviews & salary negotiation thereafter.
Shift time:-10: 00 am to 6:30 pm ( WFO )
Salary :- 12000-20000 + unlimited incentive
Experience:- Must have min 1-year experience in international hiring
Location : Laxmi Nagar ( Delhi )
