A viral video circulating on social media appears to show a humanoid robot "begging" for money on a Chinese street. According to an LED display and loudspeaker placed beside it, the robot was supposedly collecting donations to cover its electricity costs.

The machine repeatedly broadcast messages such as, “No money to recharge” and “Please help pay my electricity bill,” while kneeling with its hands joined in a polite gesture toward passersby.

What makes the scene even more entertaining is that several people actually stopped to donate to the “struggling robot.” To make things convenient, a QR code was displayed nearby, allowing people to contribute digitally.

The future has arrived—and apparently, even robots need help paying their bills!
