What is it?

Strategic Operations is designed for outstanding young professionals with more than 4 years of work experience who want to make a mark in the manufacturing industry. As part of Orchidsplus, you will be working on projects, such as inventory management, client engagement, to tackle key operational challenges. Depending on the company’s strategic priorities, you will be rotated to work on a variety of business challenges alongside our management team.

To be eligible, you must satisfy the following requirements:
· Outstanding fresh graduates from a top university or recent graduates with more than 4 years of working experience
· Have experience in invoice creation, expense accounting and following up on pending payments.
· Raw Material Procurement tracking and order placement.
· Vendor, Logistics, stocks management, warehousing operations
· Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
· Monthly reconciliation of B2B portals etc.
· Strong analytical skills and able to work well with cross-functional skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Professional competency in both written and spoken in English
