The holy trinity of travel, photography and books which build your perspective and open your eyes to a wonderful new world.
It was back in August 2004 when I started watching football. For some reason , which I still don’t fully understand , it was Arsenal FC that I found myself drawn to. Maybe it was the recently crowned Invincibles that first caught my eye, but it was surely the magical football Arsène Wenger’s team played back then that truly got me hooked.
And just like that, a connection began — one that only grew stronger with every passing weekend.
I’m so glad I fell in love with this club. Watching Arsenal has been more than just a habit , it’s been something that has kept me going. It’s been fodder for my inner child, an outlet during tough times. It’s been irrational and stupid at times, waking up at unreasonable hours, planning weekends around matches - but Arsenal has always been my go-to.
But my god, have they tested my patience.
I had just graduated when I started following them… and a few life events later, almost doubling my age since then, I’m finally seeing them lift the Premier League title.
A weight has lifted. ❤️

This was a proper Rahul Dravid style long run. You can be slow, you can be steady, but you simply cannot get out. When the legs get heavy, you just dig in and play the long game. 🧱

It’s seldom that you get a lovely day to be out in Gurugram, where both the temperature and AQI have mercy on you at the same time and being out doesn’t feel apocalyptic. 🌤️
Last Sunday was one of those handful of days we in Delhi NCR get, and hence, the choice to be at One Horizon Center was just right for the day. Even better was the impromptu walk-in to a newish place there which literally means “New” in Kannada. 🍴
So glad that we went in; we loved the modern take on South Indian cuisine, complemented by the innovative mixology the bar had to offer. 🍸✨

Just like that, we walked into Khi Khi today—the well-known cocktail bar perched above PVR Priya in Basant Lok. True to its name (which means “giggle” in Hindi), the space is cheerful, warm, and cozy, featuring vivid faces popping out from one of the walls.
We spent some time flipping through the KhiKhiZine, their carefully curated menu of imaginative craft cocktails. Each one was more alluring than the last! Paired with their remarkable food platters, it’s easy to see why this is ranked among the city’s top bars. One visit definitely won’t be enough. 🥂✨

In Sanatan Dharma, there are four divine nights which are supposed to be the windows for spiritual awakening. The night of Holika Dahan or Darun Ratri is one of them. 🌙
The fire that burns also purifies. 🔥✨
Happy Holi.
